TRENDORA – Return & Exchange Policy

At TRENDORA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below, you can find our return and exchange conditions clearly and transparently.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, cosmetics, personal care products, and similar items are non-refundable.

  • Returns of products that have been used, washed, damaged, or are no longer suitable for resale will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or model.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product to be exchanged must meet all return conditions.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by TRENDORA.

Return Shipping Costs

  • In cases of withdrawal from the purchase, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For defective or incorrectly shipped products, shipping costs will be covered by TRENDORA.

Refunds

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method selected during the purchase.

Depending on your bank, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary.
