TRENDORA Refund Policy

At TRENDORA, you may return products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are sent back in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Once your returned item has been received by TRENDORA, it will be inspected by our team within 2 business days. If the return is approved:

  • Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

For purchases made in instalments, refunds will be processed in accordance with your bank's refund procedures.

Please note that original shipping charges and any additional service fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned product(s) will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense:

  • Products returned after the return period has expired

  • Products without original tags, products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged

  • Products that are not in a condition suitable for resale
